ParkinsonGYM is focused on improving

exercise care for people with Parkinson and other movement disorders. We do this through our long term and unique experience in building innovated multitask programs for people with Parkinson in diverse environments.

By combining the three key elements of daily activity, we build exercise programs that are both engaging and able to mimic activities You do every day.

For exercise to truly help, it has to be salient, it has to apply to real-life activities and it has to be engaging.

'Best PD class ever! Loved sequencing, vocals etc.’

‘Great combo of movement & voice & cognitive challenge’

‘First rate, very knowledgeable and shared knowledge well.’

Our core belief is that exercise truly has positive effects on people with Parkinson’s and a growing body of research supports those beliefs.

It’s commonly said that ‘any exercise is good and the best exercise program is the one you stick to’.  However, if the activity you're doing doesn't directly address problems related to your Parkinson's, you may not be getting the most benefit from your exercise program

To increase the likelihood of of obtaining these positive effects, people with Parkinson’s will ultimately need evidenced-based knowledge to support their decision.

Use our online, artificial intelligence-powered decision aid  to help find a research back-exercise program that directly addresses your specific needs
